The Realization Process

Dr. Judith Blackstone, the founder of the Realization Process, says ‘to heal means to become whole. (body, mind, emotions, and spirit) That wholeness is not a vague ideal, but a lived experience. It is a potential, inherent in our human nature.’ Her method for bringing this to the world is through an embodiment method for psychological healing called The Realization Process. It is a series of guided practices that helps us to experience a very subtle dimension of ourselves, which in this work is called fundamental consciousness.

We all have access to this; a connector, facilitator, restorer, and this work focuses on how to realize it and utilize it within ourselves. Classes in the Realization Process brings us to this core of ourselves. It is a respectful relational intimacy that’s already within us, waiting to be discovered. The techniques used in RP help us become whole by bringing us to the core of our very being.

The Realization Process

The Realization Process helps us deepen and refine contact with ourselves and our surroundings uncovering a primary essence of our being.

This is embodiment, an ongoing experience of living within the internal space of our body. We become aware of our inner nature, or spiritual nature, our true self. It’s like bringing God here within. And it’s always been there. It’s a journey.

Some of the ways I apply Realization Process in my work :

Exploration of our inner nature reveals a vast complexity and beauty of a symbiotic symphony. We can explore our inner nature with deep appreciation and respect.

In turn, our inner life world shows us how it protects, reroutes, stabilizes, and operates at various efficiencies unknown to our consciousness. Certain meditative practices in the Realization Process protocols helps us locate and reveal the health protected in spheres of protection.

My role is to guide disentangling from the revealed issues of the past into present time and space, the eventual outcome is more energy for present time living.

Relevant Explorations:

Do we have a sense of purpose at our incarnation?

Can our sense of purpose be influenced by our experiences in the womb as our spirit comes into form?

Could viewing our early wounds as an initiation into our life’s work be helpful in healing our wounds occurring at that time?

What if we could return to our original sense of purpose of coming here as well as our original wounds?

The Realization Process developed by Dr. Judith Blackstone, Ph.D., is a wonderful method that will help answer these questions.
